Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of the Beez Infotech website, software and services.

Last updated February 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, purchasing a license or using any Beez Infotech software, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.

2. License grant

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified software on the number of trading accounts permitted by your plan, for the duration of that plan.

You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or share the software or your license key with third parties. Licenses found in breach may be suspended or revoked without refund.

3. Activation and validation

Software validates its license against our servers. Activation is bound to the trading account numbers you register, subject to your plan's activation limit. Continued operation requires a valid, unexpired license.

4. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Subscription plans expire at the end of their term and require renewal to continue operating.

5. No investment advice

Beez Infotech supplies software. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or signal services, and we do not manage client funds. All trading decisions and their consequences are yours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beez Infotech is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or platform outages, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

7. Support and updates

Support and version updates are provided for the duration of an active license, through the channels described on the Support page.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
