Refund Policy

Digital licenses are delivered immediately, so refunds are assessed case by case against the conditions below.

Last updated February 2026

When a refund may be granted

The software cannot be delivered or activated due to a fault on our side that we are unable to resolve.

A duplicate purchase was made in error and the second license has not been activated.

The product materially fails to function as described on its product page, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period.

When a refund is not granted

Trading losses. Automated systems can lose money; losses are never grounds for a refund.

Change of mind after a license has been activated and the software downloaded.

Broker-specific conditions such as spreads, slippage, execution quality or symbol availability that are outside our control.

Breach of the license terms, including sharing, resale or reverse engineering.

Custom development work that has already been scoped, specified and started.

VPS hosting

VPS plans are billed for provisioned infrastructure. Unused time within an active billing period is not refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order reference, license key and a description of the issue, including screenshots of the MT5 Experts and Journal tabs where relevant. We aim to respond within two business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The associated license is revoked at the same time, and the software must no longer be used.
