Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address and password hash. We never store passwords in plain text.

Order and license data: products purchased, license keys issued, plan type and expiry.

Activation data: the MT5 account numbers, broker names and account types you register, plus activation timestamps.

Support data: tickets, messages and any files you attach.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and security event logs used to detect abuse.

To deliver and validate licenses, provide downloads and updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and license sharing, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Card details are never stored on our servers; we retain only the transaction reference and status returned by the provider.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery), and where required by law.

Account, order and license records are retained while your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax and audit purposes. Support tickets are retained for service quality review.

Access to data is restricted by role. Authentication, authorisation and license validation are enforced on the server, and download links are authenticated and time-limited.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact us to make a request.
